1. Bill was the youngest pitcher to play on the US Men's National team. 1993, the same year he won Most Valuable Pitcher at the Pan Am tournament.

2. Bill never played a game of baseball in his life!
He played fastpitch in the men's leagues in Erie PA since the age of 12.

3. Bill is the only pitcher to have pitched the finals of both the ISC WORLD Championship and ISC Jr WORLD
(23-under) Championship in the same year! 1995.

4. Bill has played and/or coached on 6 of the world's
7 continents, and there isn't much softball in Antarctia!

5. In 1991, while only 18 years old, Bill won the Most Valuable Player at the Colt's National Championships in New Zealand. While is ERA was in the top 2 throughout the tournament, he batted over .400 as well!

6. Bill sometimes flys as far as Europe to pitch or instruct over a weekend!

7. Bill has a first degree black belt in Karate. He studied Karate under the same instructor who originally taught Tae Bo creater and World Karate Champion Billy Blanks. Bill was also a member of his school's Demonstration and Tournament team.
